The number of cloud service providers has doubled, offering more local and international options, which enhances service diversity and competition. Average cloud spending per business has also grown significantly, reflecting a maturing digital economy and increased reliance on cloud infrastructure.
The volume of data stored in hybrid cloud environments continues to grow, reaching over 3,200 terabytes, facilitating more efficient data management and remote operations. Despite the growth, security remains a priority, with 18 reported incidents, emphasizing the ongoing need for robust cybersecurity measures as Gabon expands its cloud footprint.
