Ukraine has experienced significant growth in IoT device deployment, reaching 45 million devices in 2026, driven by increased smart city projects and industrial automation. Internet penetration remains high at 75%, reflecting widespread adoption and infrastructural improvements. With an average data usage of 120 GB per month, Ukrainian users are increasingly engaged in streaming, remote work, and online education. Smart home technology adoption is accelerating, with over a third of households integrating IoT devices into daily life.
The digital transformation has also impacted public services, as 62% of Ukrainians now access e-government platforms for various services, reducing physical visits to government offices. This digital shift supports economic growth, enhances civic engagement, and fosters innovation. Continued investments in internet infrastructure and IoT ecosystems are expected to sustain this upward trajectory, positioning Ukraine as a growing digital hub in Eastern Europe.
